Talk to Hypertension Specialist on High Blood Pressure

Asking for myself what is the normal blood pressure range?? facing a sharp headache with chest pain frequently, Got my BP checked with a monitor, sometimes the systolic is 130-140 or more than 140, sometimes systolic is 120 but dystolic is more than 90 even 110, and if its low its too low, 107 by 71. what measures one should do as its effecting me a lot, feeling week most of the time unable to do anything Can any doctor please guide what to do in this situation, what to do in this situation?
