I recently had a encounter on August 6th, 2024. I used protection , and there was no penetration involved. However, I'm concerned about the possibility of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Even though I checked the protection and it seemed intact, I'm still worried. I haven't experienced any symptoms, but I'm considering getting tested. What is the likelihood of me contracting an STI in this situation? Should I be concerned?

u can go for test of sphilis and hiv from lab. if u are concerned about this problem .

Yes I will get tested soon but how likely am i to get any diseases from someone in this situation ? Please note that this is the only encounter i had in my life.

1 more thing to add is that i just started experiencing constipation after the encounter and I'm worried if the encounter is causing the constipation. I have experienced constipation twice first time( maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago) lasted max 2 days and i had rectal pain. Now I'm also having constipation again since 4 days with some rectal and penile pain i ate some fiber rich food and the pain git less and less but it's not completely going away.
