I would be in better position to answer you, if you could write in details all these complaints, like where exactly you get pain, how long you feel pain, do you get pain while empty stomach, how it gets relieved,
Do you get pain at night during sleep?

Any Family history of loose motions?
Your activities, and what is your typical diet and about your social life, like job and any stress in life, most important question is Do you feel anxious and worried all the time?

Dear Jamil sb, thank you very much for sharing your details, I can imagine only how stressful you are. Going through your story the main points which I could find are
1) Long history of episodic loose motions
2) Mild pain after meals
3) Heart burn
4) Generalized body aches
5) Sensation of heart racing
And on the top of all these issues is long standing stress.
Let me assure you that after going through your complaints it is clearly evident that AT this point of time there is very less likely that you have any serious stomach problem. This should relieve you from stressful thoughts of having serious disease. Most likely you have condition called Irritable Bowel syndrome. Mainstay treatment of this condition is to learn strategies to cope with stress effectively.
Our brain controls our whole body and if brain is going through stressful situation for very long period of time we can start having multiple symptoms. Your condition is also very much related with stress, so best remedy is to manage stresses. It’s quite hard to find solutions for given circumstances but with positive mindset you will definitely come up with great ideas.
