Aoa i am suffering from anal pain outer left side of anus feels like a bubble swelling and pain when stretching i try to brust it but nothing comes from that no blood or pus in stool just feel like a pus lump i attached a picture please any help i am out of a city and feeling pain and problem no blood pressure no any other problem which medication should i take to treat that i had applied gtn and lignocain cream but it help me a little bit JazakAllah

it seems like abscess surrounded by acute inflammation , must be very painful ... u need to consult a surgeon to drain it / rule out piles and start antibiotics urgently
