My uncle feel back pain and belly pain extremely that he can't sleep or walk his body start shaking and the pain become unbearable we have reached to so many doctors but no improvement in his health. I want to know what can be the reason of his pain. Previously he Was cancer patient and now he is fine. Bur pain is very extreme.

You need to give us complete history of his cancer (type, staging, areas of spread, treatment taken, imaging reports). and other comorbids if present. also his history of pain needs to be elaborated. the reports you have shared only tells us that his creatinine and urea are high and Ultrasound normal. nothing else.

Immediately get a CT scan of kidneys. The cancer was of parathyroid glands or kidneys or what??? His body shaking is due to extremely low serum calcium. He needs calcium gluconate injections and then calcium tablets, vitamin D capsules. But before starting all these he should get kidney CT scan.
