having issues as my body get exhausted and feel heat in body, while checking having no fever all test done and clear however have issue i.e. fatty liver and sgpt ,sgot both are at higher value. i am diabetic but recent hba1c is 5.8%. anybody can help ?

just switch to metformin 500mg .
what are your blood pressure readings.
u need ur medication reconciliation after proper monitoring of bp and blood glucose.
.Maintain a week chart.
check glucose and bp at different times over the week and and them ur medications can be adjusted.
u might be experiencing these because of medications.
