Tell a bit more detail of your headache. When did it start? Where is the headache? Any other symptom like vomiting or difficulty in seeing things. Also how frequent did you get headache. Does it stays all the time or comes and goes? And what do u mean by memory problem. What kind of memory problems do u feel? Tell in more detail please.
Also tell us if u have any tests done.

Sr my hadach is starng mean it looks like someone attack on my head with pins
And memory problem is that i forget my things like keys of house or other things
I feel weakness and difficulty in walking

No sr i have no testt done

And sr my eyes sight is absolutely fine i have no problem in eye sight but about two time i have attack on my sight mean i can see only front not from side

Its a possibility you might be having Migraine. But you need to attend a General Physician to get a check up and some tests done.
Meanwhile you can try Tab tryptanol 10mg at bed time.

I think CT brain would be sufficient rather than MRI. U can have CT brain and if it is normal then it is likely migraine. Also get your blood tests including TSH, ESR and CBC. Tell me reports once these tests are done.
