Wasa there is a question ist ? 1. Was the test done 8-12 hours faring state ? If was done while fasting then yes the values are disturbed ..your mother needs to do regular exercise and strict diet control depending on her sugar tests and weight .repeat the test after 3 months of sensible diet and Walk and consult a dr if all levels still high ..
