Talk to Internal Medicine on Covid Positive

I have tested positive for Covid 6 days back.. I had runny nose, cough, bodypains and fever but most symptoms seem to be settled now, I mainly have cough and fatigue now... Oxygen saturation is 96.. I am taking Panadol cf once or twice a day if needed, and azomax 500mg once a day... Is there anything else I should be taking or any test/xray?

Also, I have got two kids, 2 years old and 6months, both have cough... My 2yr old cough is similar to mine, with phlegm, he was in alot of discomfort last night and his body was very warm, so I fear he has temperature as well, his appetite has gone down as well... What medicine can I give him? . My 6months old is exclusively breastfed and she seems to be fine now, with occasional coughing.. Anything needed to give to her?
