im 25F. i felt a sudden lump in my throat while sitting and my heart suddenly started beating really fast. i measured my bp and pulse rate and bp was normal but my pulse rate was 180 then i repeated and it was 188. i could feel the heart beating really fast and with force. i occasionally vape. please guide me

You need to get an ECG done to identify rhythm disturbance. If ECG is normal and you still have episodes of palpitations, 24 hour Holter should be done next. You also need echocardiogram.
