lipids are pretty high. he should do regular exercise (brisk atelast 5 days a week and 40 minutes per day) plus take tab. jezeta 10/10 mg at night for 3 months. Repeat lipids after 3 months.
He needs to be evaluated for metabolic syndrome. May have pre-diabetes and raised uric acid levels. Must loose weight by proper dietary and exercise counseling. Start statins (Rova 5mg) with followup after 3 months with lipid profile and CPK/ALT levels
Firstly i want to ask what is his height then we will be able to calculate his ideal weight for height. Secondly do regular walk and eat healthy to reduce weight. Thirdly keep an eye on your BP and BSR. Fourthly use Tab rovista 10 mg for 3 months and then repeat fasting lipid profile. Fifthly go for a ultrasound abd. and LFTS to check your liver status.
Your BMI is 31.4 ideally for 6 feet height weight should between 70 to 80 kg

what is his height?
is there a family history of sudden death or if heart attack or stroke below age 55y?
He needs to decrease carbohydrates in diet and that will lead to automatic decrease of triglycerides and LDL.
Truglycerides less than 500 do not require specific fibrates, only weight reduction.
As Dr Sana Salman noted, because of his increased body weight, he is at high risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, as well as knee joint and back arthritis, kidney disease and fatty liver disease.
He may consult for a structured weight reduction plan.

At height 6 feet and weight 105 kg, his BMI is 31.39 kg/sq.m
This is obesity, which can lead to all diseases already mentioned within 5 years. As Dr. Orakzai has said, his obesity needs to be managed: simply giving a medicine for "cholesterol" levels is not enough.
aoa, weight is pretty high .Along with dietary modification and life style modification we have to start lipid lowering medicines too
