Salam, my friend is facing problem. He is epileptic and on medicines since year 2000-2001. He sleeps soon after having his medicines at night even within minutes. This is disturbing his marital life too. Please advise what he should do keep himself active and normal.

There are different class of antiepileptics. Secondly, tapering is done when fits are controlled,thus proper follow up with concerned doctor is required. He is supposed to tell further plan, knowing complete history
Anti-epileptic medicine can cause sedation. Your friend can consult me for the dosage adjustment so that he won't face this problem.
