Talk to Internal Medicine on Extreme Weakness, Headache, Loss Of Taste

Hi,

I felt sick last Wednesday so i took medicines prescribed by a doctor who has a clinic in our area. It was high fever, fatigue and my body was shivering. I took 3 doses of medicine and felt better so i repeated the medicine for another day. Today is day 7, i dont have fever but i dont feel to eat anything, feel my nauseous, my tongue has changed color, my sense of taste is gone. I have constant headache, low energy as i dont eat much. I can tell from looking at my face that i have weakened alot.

Please advise how can i fell better? What food or medicine i should have to get better?
