Asalam o Alikkum! the main problem is Fast Heart Beat, Thora sa kam krny k bad heart beat fast sometimes dill ko cheerna (heart Rives) in some situation legs are feels cold might be low blood circulation and head feeling weighty (Sir ka wazni ) hona Feeling like Body s jan nikal rhaii hu Test report (CBC, RFT, LFT, CRP, TFT, ECG) is attached

I reviewed your tests and these all are normal. I couldn't find ECG in attached tests.
Consdering your symptoms i did not find any serious problem in your tests. Your thyroid test is also normal. It could be a possibility that you have anxiety or stress that might be related to your symptoms. Do you have any stressful routine or job? Or anything which makes you feel like that? . Currently i don't think yoy need any treatment but if you are really worried about symptoms then you might need may b anti anxiety medicines. It is upto you how you feel about that. But as far as your tests are concerned i didn't find any serious issue.

ESR is slightly high but CRP and WBC normal. Considering her symptoms high lymphocytes and high globulins have no significance. Thats why i said these are pretty normal. Also ECG is ok. I would say there could be an element of anxiety. Also she might take less fluids/ water. Encourage fluids, and keep an eye on BP. If BP remains between 100 - 120 upper reading and 70-90 lower reading then nothing to worry.
