Talk to Internal Medicine on Having Severe Pain In My Foot Area

Sometimes i feel strange feeling in my legs. On the foot area like how when i sleep something moves inside my foot sometimes feel like bubbling sound sometimes. Pin sometimes have pain in my nails. Sometimes pain in my left hand. Being so depress by that help me please.
