Salam...! He is just 18 Need suggestion CBC test result higher platlests and Wbc which consultant will help to diagnosis this type of problem. Also heart beat going to be faster(dill ghbart) sometimes and difficult to breath other body parts have certain pain (jan nikal rhai hu pain like that) specially lower legs

Hi. With regard to platlets and high WBC , it is likely due to an infection. It is not very high which means not a very serious problem but could be you are having mild infection. For that you need to tell whether you have fever or not. Any problem in passing urine or any cough. If answer is no then it could be viral infection which is usually self limiting which means will get resolved over some days. But if u get fever then go to some doctor for check up. Thanks

It could be anxiety. But on safe side you should get these blood tests including
1. CBC with ESR
2. TFTs
3. CRP
