Talk to Internal Medicine on High Blood Pressure
Asking For Mother, Female 54, model town
my mother have high blood pressure from the last couple of days. 140 by 100 or greater. and it stays like this for whole day but she doesn't feel any stress or pain anywhere. and neither she have blood pressure problem before. what should i do? any tests?

lowe salt and fatty diet, regular walk then check for BP after 2weeks
