Have you gotten your results for the following tests: serum creatinine, serum sodium and potassium, cholesterol, LDL, HDL, non-HDL, triglycerides and hemoglobin A1c. If you have not then get it done by getting medical attention at the nearest care point which can be private clinic or emergency or out patient clinic of a nearby hospital. This BP is dangerous and fluctuation may required some stress reducing medication besides blood pressure lowering medications.
