Your BNI is in the range of over weight and you should start a healthy diet with exercise or walk. You need to check your fasting blood sugar or HbA1c level. Also book an on line consultation at https://www.marham.pk/online-consultation/internal-medicine/lahore/dr-shazmi-khan-61110

First of all, your lipid profile is obviously deranged. The purpose of lipid profile is to assess how much prone you are to cardiovascular diseases. For that physicians use a scale called ASCVD risk. For that we need to know your detailed history. If it gives you a high score, you can be prescribed a weak statin. For now you only need to do 30mins BRISK walk, quit smoking and alcohol, have adequate sleep and eat healthy. Repeat the lipid profile after 4 to 6 weeks. And you can consult for your ASCVD risk calculation. Hope that helps!
