Assalamualaikum! my Sgpt (Alt) level has been increasing since last year after even trying medicine recommended by doctors. Currently its in 200+and i want to reduce it to normal, what medicine should i try or which doctor should i see in (Nowshera, Peshawar)

Raised ALT levels require evaluation of causes of Hepatitis. These include Hepatitis B, C, autoimmune hepatitis, PBC etc. You need to consult a gastroenterologist/ medical specialist for investigations and further advice. Persistently raised ALT can lead to liver damage in long term.
Get the following tests
HBsAG , Anti HCV. Ultrasound Upper abdomen.
Avoid any analgesics esp paracetamol and fatty food
Discuss result with any doctor or share in forum
