She won’t get relief by using medicine this way ,even though if not possible, then send me reports or whatever record is available
She needs complete checkup as swelling of one feet is rare in high uric acid . High uric acid usually involve joint inflammation and severe pain in case of it’s attack. What is the reason of raised uric acid ? This must also be checked . Better to consult physically
