hi, i was prescribed recently and its saw take pills at morning, afternoon and night but my sleeping schedule is completely different. I go to bed after fajar work at night from past 8 year's or so and woke up afternoon. so how am i supposed to take me medicine?

Take medicine at every 8 hours intervals. Like once after waking up. Then middle of ur duty time and then one some time before u sleep

i knew the timing like it's 3 times a day morning, afternoon before bed. med is clonazepam, escitalopram

take medicines atleast 8 hrs apart nd set them according to ur schedule

so you can take morning dose after fajr before sleeping,second dose in afternoon after 8hrs sleep and 3rd dose at night again after 8hrs interval.

I came to know about medicine u are taking are escitalopram and clonazepam.
these mesicines are usually prescribed only once a day not Three times a day.Can u recheck please.

so it's clear now.
take escitalopram in morning and rivotril 3times with 8hrs gap.In my opinion take 6-8drpos dose in morning as you sleep in morning and 2-3drops in afternoon and night.

And to make prescription more clear..u will take Escitalopram 10mg half tab in morning for 5days then increase to full tablet and then continue.
and rivotril first 3times a day for 5days,then u will decrease to 2times a day (with 12 hrs gap)for next 5 days and then further decrease to one time a day only for 10 days.then u will stop it.
