First of all you need to reduce your weight by doing brisk walk at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes. I want to see your all the tests, you need to be shifted on dual anti-hypertensives. Tablet extor 5/80 once a day and the second option is to split the dose in 12 hours that is take zestril 10 mg in morning and take tablet norvasc 5 mg at night. Stay healthy
