Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Lahore
Female: 24. I had these symptoms: Extreme body pain Extreme Fatigue Frequent Fainting Dark Yellow Urine Nausea Loose Motion My doctor prescribed me these tests. He viewed these and gave me Dulan for depression. I took a tablet and along with all the above things, my feet are swollen with extreme pain in hands and severe headache. Can you please tell me what I'm actually facing. And some or any tablet just to make these stop. My whole body is aching

As far as I see some parts of your tests are missing. Share complete pages of tests. Also tell about loose motion in detail. How many times you have? Do u go at night time as well? Do u feel urge to go ? Any adbominal pain? Any blood in stool? How are your energy levels? Do u feel any heart racing or tremors in hand? Any weight loss and how is your apetite? Any fever? Tell bit in more detail.

Random loose motions. No fixed timings. Atleast 3 times a day. Last saturday I had to go 5 times.
I have a lot of abdominal pain.
There was some blood in my stool last week. after that there's only pain but no blood Alhumdulillah
Very low energy levels. can't work properly for an hour straight.
I often feel my heart beat is very fast and yes, often tremors in hands
Fever comes and goes. My temperature was very high on saturday all day, today I was sick in the morning and am normal uptil now.
But body pain is constant.
and my doctor keeps saying that it's depression and is not prescribing anything for all this pain.

All your tests are about normal , may be that is why you are given anti dep , do u have fever on thermometer ??for how long these symptoms ??? you can hv a second opinion w th another physician

not on thermometer, but my whole body starts burning up. and my eyes also start to burn.
I've had these symptoms for 2 weeks now. I did want to go another physian but can't afford. So these are just seasonal something?

Looks like you are having muscular pain. Your TSH is borderline need to be repeated. Dulan have side effect of water retention and may lead to edema( swelling) but need to examined and may need further evaluation.
You may be suffering Fibromyalgia Rheumatica a disease in which most of the test come negative.
I thinks you need further evaluation.
