Talk to Internal Medicine on Iugr In Pregnancy
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, karachi
i had a blood pressure history during pregnancy.then my dctr started bp medcn due to which my bp is under control.At 30 week i did doppler ultrasound which show mild iugr.my dctr told me she will operate at 37 week.My baby weight is 1585gram at 30 week.Is it safe to deliever a baby at 37 week on the basis of one doppler?

yes u can deliver at 37 weeks but baby may be premature and must be put in neonatal ICU for few days.
