Talk to Internal Medicine on Jaundice/liver Prob
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Karachi
Salam doc.. Main nay 8 months pehlay lft aur full abdomen ka test karwaya tha jis mein mera result thora sa enlarged fatty liver aaya tha but main nay koi medicines nahi li thi. Abhi 45 days say meri tabiyat kharab rehnay lagi. 2 din mujhay 105 fever ho gaya tha aur ab mujhay 45 days say roz 100 fever ho jata hai shaam kay time. Phir 1 month pehlay mujhay pata laga kay mujhay jaundice ho gaya tha jo abhi tak hai. Main nay 20 days pehlay aik general physician ko dekhaya tha to unhonay kuch tests likh diyeh thay, unki reports main nay attached kardi hain. Aaj kal meri yeh condition hai kay main 2 kadam chal nahi paa rahi hoon aur har waqt thakan ka ehsaas rehta hai aur mera pait bohat barh gaya hai plus full abdomen mein pain rehta hai kabhi kabar aur nausea hai. Aur mera weight 45 days mein 10kg kam ho gaya hai. Jaundice ki starting mein meri bhook bilkul khatam ho gai thi lekin ab 1 week say mujhay bhook ka masla nahi hai.
