if my cholesterol is 239 HDL is 35 LDL is 168 Triglycerides is 303. in the recent condition does my heart arteries clogged.

High cholesterol is one of the cause of blockage of arteries but I can’t comment on your arteries. Please do angiography which will show us the blockage if you are symptomatic then start with tab rosamid 10 mg one daily to bring your cholesterol down

Although it is important to keep your cholesterol within healthy limits , but only lipid profile cannt tell if there is a blockage in the coronary arteries or not, if history and symptoms suggest , then Angiography is required.

If you have other risk factors for heart disease like Hypertension, Diabetes, family history of heart disease, or if you smoke, then it is better to start a Statin after consultation with cardiologist. Otherwise dietary fat restriction and regular walk would be recommended.

Yes People with family history of heart disease have a higher risk for heart disease if heart disease developed in parents before age of 55 years.
