From last month, i am facing mild left arm and shoulder pain sometime in chest and neck also. it comes weekly and remains for 1,2 days. i have done 3 ecgs this year last in june 2019 and was normal. now again fearing of heart desease. do i need ecg again? plz help me

mam i have done ecg many times and its normal. no other heart related factors, no high bp, no cholestrol, not fat, no family history of heart, age 30, no diabetese, many times to doctors but all said its anxiety,,,,is echocardiogram still nessesary? what will be the cost?
