Lipomas On Arms And Hip

Question

I have two lipomas on left and right arms and one on the hip (left side right near to the hip joint). i have lipomas on arms for a long time i dont remember but the one on the hip is one year old.they are not growing and i feel pain when i press them.after reading on the internet i am very worried about them. Please tell me what should i do? is it some kind of serious problem? are lipomas are cancerous?

no doctor can say any word with proper examination and biopsy of swelling.
if it is lipoma then only solution is surgical excision if it is problem
for u or for cosmetic purpose. otherwise u can leave it but observe and if
some changes noted then immediately consult near by doctor better get
opinion from surgeon.
