HBsAg and Anti HCV negative.Labelled as NAFLD/NASH and now Cirrhosis .
Reduce weight, don’t drink alcohol and take check cholesterol
Dear
It means that your liver is being effected by extra fat/lipids in your blood and body. I have to ask few questions;
Are you overweight?
Do you smoke or drink ?
Are you have any symptoms or complaints because of this condition?
To be appropriate NASH is an abbreviation of non alcoholic steato hepatitis and NAFLD is an abbreviation of non alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is not related to any viral infection (hepatitis B and C negative) or even alcohol intake but alcohol can worsen it.
Cirrhosis is the final stage of this disease of liver so labelling as cirrhosis needs some investigations and tests. May be taking a snip of liver with a needle (biopsy) is definitive for cirrhosis. So please don’t take it straight away that it is cirrhosis.
If you want please answer my questions and share all the investigations/tests/reports with me on zero three three three five five eight two eight nine two (Watsapp)
Wish you health
Regards
