Asking for Mother, Female, 55 years old, Karachi
Salam. Meri ami 55 yrs ki hai. Wo bht weak hai unka iron bhi bht kam hai. Or unke haathon ki vein bht prominent hoti hain. Wo kaam sare karti hain ghr ke or active bhi thi lekin ab bht thakaw mehsos karti hain. Unko seene main bhi bht jalan rehti hain halake wo bht pani peeti hain. Plz mujhe bataye k kiya main unhein multivitamins dey sakti ho (vitrum tablet)? Or unke seeney ki jalan kese kh5m hosakti hai??? Plz mujhe iska jawab zaror dein

Has she had her hemoglobin level checked? It would be great if u could share her iron level report as she would need treatment based on her Hemoglobin level and iron levels. You can start omeprazole capsule 40mg half hr before breakfast daily but if her symptom persists depsite of 2 week trial of these capsules she should visit a doctor as she might need further tests.
