An otolatyngologist or oral surgeon can remove stone if you have already tried massaging parotid gland, applying moist heated towel and taking ibuprofen. Do you have any condition called Sjorgen syndrome?

I don't have any condition like sjorgen syndrome. its been a month now
i have lump under my ear and jaw with no pain on pressing. its really hard. I have on/off fever with body aches, dizzy and sweating.
my doctor prescribed me ultrasound of neck. and i came to know about stone
I haven't done any massage or heat therapy with hot wet towel. I have been taking antibiotics for a month not with ibuprofen.

The fever and body aches might be due to infection secondary to stone impacted or due to autoantibodies or due to some growth. You need to see an expert in otolaryngology or in oral maxillaryfacial medicine for massage, and hot documentation. You should start drinking a lot of water and take ibuprofen while waiting to see above mentioned specialist. Ibuprofen may help to reduce swelling. If these options do not work removal of stone and biopsy or removal of left parotid can be done surgically.
