Yes, Warfarin is same as Marevan. Just company tradename is different. You can use that instead of marevan. If that also is unavailable, you can contact again and there are many other options to replace it.

I am using it for dvt in right leg since more than 12 years should I use warfin 5mg instead of marevan 5mg

As you have been on marevan for so many years. i presume the indication would be for lifelong treatment and you ate tolerating it well. So, You can use any available tradename medicine which has Warfarin 5mg in it. Ask from medical store warfarin 5mg and they should provide it.
