it could be many things, alzheimer's , Non-pressure Hydrocaphalus some vitamins deficiency e.g niacin deficiency , even with depression or diabetes can also cause these symptoms.
Bottomline, in simple words, she needs immediate consult from a physician and then a neurophysician with her complete past medical record, some of the above mentioned causes are treatable, some are not .... so
