I have mild high blood pressure. During the day, it is perfectly fine around 120/80, but in the evening or at night, it goes up to around 140/90. All my tests are clear, I consume very little salt, and I do regular strength training. I work from 5 PM to 2 AM, but I still get 7 hours of sleep. I am looking for a dietitian who can help me manage my blood pressure through proper diet, as I don't want to take medication.
Avoid coffee and caffeinated drinks during work. If persistent high u can get 24 hour BP monitoring done.
You do not need blood pressure medication with these readings. Do regular walk for 30 minutes, avoid bakery items, avoid smoking if you do.

I have been doing regular strength training for the last 4 years + 1hr walk daily, no bakery items, no fast food, only good source of protein + good fats + complex carbs only.
