Asking For Self, Male 25, Lahore
Its been 2-3 years since I am facing the neck pain problem. It started when I used to go to gym and I did not take care of it. I have attached images where I mentioned some points where pain happens. Pain always start from point 1, when I move my neck in backward direction I feel pain and stress at point 1. Same happens when I move in front direction. When I move my neck in right or left direction, I can feel pain and stress at point 4. Some times the pain move upward from point 1 and causes headach and pain at point 3. When I wake up, I can feel pain in all those points which I marked on images. After some time it is there only at point 1. I have consulted with 2 or 3 doctors in past 2 years and one of them prescribed multi vitamins injection and pain killer but it did not work. Another doctor gave me some pain killers and multi vitamins tablet and some gel and it did not work also. I have taken some therapy sessions and got some relief but after sessions, relief went away.

physiotherapy and then maintain a routine.
if symptoms get worse, then need further investigations and checkup in orthopaedic clinic

I have gone through physiotherapy and followed routine for some time period but no affect. Routine includes some exercises of neck and sitting style.
