Salam to all i m trying to concieve Bt filhal koi madicine nahi le rahi last few days se meri acahanak tabyat bhtt kharab ho jati hai koi pain nahi hota bs aise lagta hai jo hai pait ma sub kuch uper aa raha hai per vomiting wali feeling nahi hoti or mujhe ye problem nashte k kuch der baad hona shuru ho jati hai chakkar aty hai lait k kuch behtar hota hai lekin tabyat thk hote hote 2 ghante lag jate hain mujhe samajh nahinaa raha q ho raha hai iss se phly mujhe aisa koi masla nahi hai plz guide kar den thanks in advance
