Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Johar Town

Severe pain in legs, in the back. Cannot walk without support, sleeping disorders because of this. I need to take a painkiller daily to ease the pain a little, taking Voltral 100mg once daily. I have been suffering through this for 7-8 years and until now. Recently about two weeks ago, I had excessive blood loss and my HB was down to 4.9, severe stomach-ache and loose motions with blood, immediate blood transfusion was advised by the doctors and 2 blood transfusions were done after which my HB was back up to 9.4. My stomach is fine now so is my appetite but the doctors diagnosed that this infection was caused because of this painkiller (Voltral) and advised to stop taking it immediately, alternatively they prescribed another tablet (Tonoflex P and Dolgina) to ease the pain. Avoid NSAIDS and use proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole, pantoprazole or use H2 blockers like cimetidine or ranitidine for the gastritis associated with chronic NSAIDS use.

Thank you for your response Doc.
I have had both my blood tests and MRI's done.
And as you say, if this is ankylosing spondylitis, what can I do to cure it?
Who would be the appropriate type of doctor for this disease/problem?
I got myself checked by a general physician, she referred me to a neurologist and he referred me to a rheumatologist.
I'm very disappointed in these doctors here, they take bundles of money as their checkup fee and then after a 5 min conversation, refer us to some other doctor.
