My piles are initial stage and want to treat them by medicine without operation. Due to dust and smoke allergy i got flue and i got injection treatment by a doctor last year after some time i faced constipation problem due to constipation I got piles plz help me I dont want to operate them cause I have to join force.

hi
avoid constipation and use Anusol HC apply 3-4 times/day x 1 month
should improve pain and swelling but problem can be recurrent .

treatment of piles depend on degree of piles. 1st degree, 2nd or 3rd. this
could be evaluated on with examination rectally and with the help of
proctoscopy which is a very simple examination. 1st degree could be got
well without surgery and in 2nd degree may need some nonsurgical procedure
like band or other but in 3rd degree piles always surgery is treatment of
choice. so first go to good rectal surgeon , after examination he wil
advice u better.
