Aoa, sorry to know about your problem. There can be numerous reasons of sneezing especially while taking food that can vary from due to spices in the food to some types of allergy to aromas or ingredients of food.
May I please know if it is something new? Or has it been happening for long?

Are you allergic otherwise like for example you sneeze quite often due to pollens or change in seasons or any skin allergy

For now you can start with;
Tab Kestine 10 mg once a day
