Most likely hand and feet burning is result of neuropathies, which could be due to anti cancer medication.

Yes sir she is taking medicine for HBP and uric acid. she is not diabetic. she is facing this problem from last 2 year she has spider veins on her legs she can't walk properly bcoz of this pain

Yes sir she has taken different Pregabalin 50 mg ,75 mg medicine (DyGab,PREGY,Hilin)
But these decrease her burning and pain sensation for few days after few days same problem start hands feet feels so dry and their shapes also change
