Sneezing, Severe Sore Throat, Bodyache

Question

My wife is suffering with sneezing, severe sore throat and body-ache for 2 days now. She wants to take antibiotic to get better as she has the history of recommended antibiotics whenever she suffers from these symptoms, Leflox, Azomax or anyother. But she is confused this time as she is breastfeeding a kid of 5 months old. Kindly recommend what to do?

It seems to be viral infection . Just take panadol and tablet softin tablet . It should be combined with fluids and qawa .if at all antibiotic is required azomax is safe
