I am facing excessive sweating problem specialy in head and face during eating and working i need towel to make my face and head dry since childhood already discuss with dermatologist did reports like thyroid and other all ok and used oil control face wash anti dandruff shampoo also but result is zero dermatologist told me only solution surgery who will do any body here?
