Hb level:9.5 Mcv:64.2 Mch:17 Neutrophils: 64 Eosinophils:2 Monocytes:3 Lymphocytes:31 Rbc count:5.5 My tsh level :1.10 Serum iron:137 Ferritin level:32.7 I m a beta thalassemia carrier what should i do to normal my hb bcz hairfall and pale skin rehta.... plzz suggest something plzz

Dr , we met with local doctors for check up they said we have no operate on this the blood is not producing in the body so they leave us against this disease what can we do now ?
Please tell me if there is answer that the body cannot making the blood automatically dr said you should give manual blood regularly so the patient can survive....
