From last 2 3 months I have noticed I am feeling pain on both my thumbs when I put force on them bending or pressing like a pain in the bone of the thumb.

Even when I am outside sometime and feeling very much need to urinate when I got to urinate the pressure or the flow of stream is not like full it is slow as compared to the urge and sometimes. Is it kidney problem is it bone problem

But pain is still there. When I stand after sitting to walk it feels like if my back is tied with some rope that is not allowing me to stand full straight and i feel ache in the lower back region,
