Talk to Internal Medicine on Typhoid Fever

Assalam O Alaikum! My mother has been diagnosed with Typhoid Fever from past 3 weeks.Last week in her report there's no indication of Typhoid Fever. My question is can she eat food now as there's no indication of Typhoid Fever
