Some people naturally sweats more, lakin agr recently you are having this complaint then you should go for TFTs. Also take bath regularly with deodorants application.

kuch logon me increased sweating ki tendency hoti hai , agar new onset hai to check tsh,ft4, fasting sugar
otherwise if normal take regular bath use antiperspirant soap (lifeboy lemon fresh is good)/ antiperspirant duoderants

agar blood test me abnormality hsi to consult in clinic thyroid ya diabetes ki waja se bhi jota to agar essa hota to unke ilaj se behtar hota
