Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Islamabad
I have been suffering from multiple symptoms for the past 3 years and have been referred to numerous doctors including specialists and general physicians. Still, some refer it to something, others to something else. I have also undergone various tests but despite having minor issues that were fixed I am not feeling well. The list of symptoms are: - headaches/head pain that travels to the neck and spreads to the shoulders and back - sometimes this pain spreads down to the arms - globus and finding myself catching my breath often - eyes lids twitching and eyes redness - arms and feet numbness, swelling, and tingling - acid reflux, nausea and bloating - calves pain - continuous fatigue - difficulty concentrating on work and unable to work on anything - weight gain - anxiety/panic attacks and constant fear of happening again and again, depression I have been taking multiple supplements and medicines as prescribed but none of them are helping and making me worse.
I think you have given your diagnosis to me you have no disease but you have a syndrome which is usually due to psychological problems advise tab inderal 40 mg bd tab Co depricap od and consult a psychiatrist if no improvement
seems psychological issue.
stress ki wajah Se bhi hoskahta yeh sab.
have you ever consulted a psychologist for your concerns? and as you mentioned anxiety, panic and depression, have you taken medical treatment from a psychiatrist for it?
I can understand your frustration if suffering from all these symptoms, however, good thing is that you can always book a consultation. During that consult you should explain which symptom appears first, which develops later, and how your problem evolves over 3 years. For example the neck and shoulder pain ‘tension headaches’ is a result of stress and I don’t know if that is fixed or what tests are carried out for it. Moreover, I also need a list of medications you have been taking as weight gain might be an unwanted effect of medicine you are taking for depression. You can reply back or book an online consultation through Marham’s website.

Okay answering all the comments here, psychological and psychiatric help bhi li, thyroid ke liye bhi, cervical issues ke liye bhi, gastric issues ke liye bhi.. I mean i have consulted tons of doctors in the past 3 4 years and got no results from the meds.
I had no problem in the university time, just some bare anxiety due to studies, but back in 2019 i suffered from jaundice and severe stomach issues and since then, with the passage of time, this thing has increased, along with other symptoms mentioned above.
