Talk to Internal Medicine on Weird Sensation In Feet And Private Part

Since the past 3,4 days ive had a weird tingling sensation in my feet and a similar sensation in private parts usually when i walk or stand for too long. The sensation makes it feel like i have to use the toilet to urinate but once I go to the toilet i dont need to pee but the feeling of having to go is still there. This usually subsides after a foot rub or keeping my feet up.

So basically i dont know which doctor to go to for a consultation. Should i go to a urologist or a gynaecologist?
