Thanks alot for asking the question. As it seems to be a metastatic case of cancer, the origin of which has not yet been established. Adenocarcinoma most are from intestine origin but we have to rule out. We may need some further investigations. You can visit Masood Hospital so that after history we may proceed for the remaining tests.
